| The Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey hosted its annual Passion * Power * Progress Awards reception on Thursday night at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. The event was a great success, honoring those whose leadership, civic involvement and professional efforts have helped make New Jersey a better place for women.
This year WPCNJ was delighted to present the following awards to:
* Karen Kominsky – Trailblazer Award
* Dyese Davis – SpotLight Award
* Honorable Jacquelyn A. Suarez – Mary Philbrook Award
* Christoper Paladino – Good Guy Award
* Edward McGlynn – Good Guy Award
* Amazon – Corporate Award
“Congratulations to this year’s honorees on this well-deserved recognition,” said Eileen Kean, President of Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey. “Your leadership, passion, and commitment to advancing opportunities for women are truly inspiring. We are grateful for the work you do to strengthen and uplift our communities.”
The event was attended by many State lawmakers, as well as county and local elected officials, community leaders, stakeholders, and other distinguished guests.
The Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey is the only multi-partisan, pro-choice, grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process and creating a political power base to achieve gender equality. |
