WPCNJ Introduces New Leadership: Board Additions, VP of Finance & Executive Director

The Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey (WPCNJ) is pleased to announce the installation of three new members to its Board of Directors—Hilary Chebra, Jacy Lance, and Leany Pichardo—as well as the appointment of Erin Rice to the role of Vice President of Finance during the Board’s meeting on Tuesday evening, December 2.

The newly installed board members bring a wealth of experience in public service, advocacy, and community leadership, strengthening WPCNJ’s mission to recruit, train, and support women seeking to engage in the political process.

The Board also unanimously appointed current member Erin Rice to serve as Vice President of Finance, recognizing her strong fundraising skills and her ongoing commitment to the organization’s goals.

In addition to these changes, the Board is proud to promote Megan Hutton to Executive Director, recognizing her thirteen years of dedicated service and her leadership in advancing WPCNJ’s mission and supporting new initiatives.

“These leaders reflect the strength and momentum of our organization,” said Eileen Kean, President of WPCNJ “Their expertise and commitment will play a vital role in furthering our mission to empower women across New Jersey.”
